*Boil a cup of water

*Add herbs and let boil for 2-5 minutes

*Transfer to stainless steel bowl then sit into sanitized toilet or yoni steam box

*Cover your bottom half with blanket or towel while you sit on top of steam so that no steam escapes 

*Steam for 30-40 minutes.


*Tips: Do not yoni steam if you are pregnant, have an IUD, or while on your cycle. If your steam seems to stop prematurely, just add more boiling water, let cool until comfortable, and enjoy!
