Tips & Warnings:

*Only use a small amount of menthol crystals (1 -2 small crystals) first, then add slowly as needed. Break up bigger crystals if needed. 

*For kids, whiff the steam to them. Do not put them directly over steam. 

*Ease your face over the steam slowly.

*If your sinuses are dry, use even less crystals and more herb. You need moisture and steam, not dry menthol. 

*Keep a small amount at work so you can use throughout the day if needed.

*Keep out of direct sunlight. Best place to store is in your medicine cabinet.
